At Daystar Manufacturing, the quality assurance process is part of who we are as a team. The sum total of everything we do is made up of training and instilling in our personnel to provide a very hands on actuality to the process of providing zero defects to our customers. Unlike the approach of manufacturers of the past we incorporate in process inspections that occur in real time while a product is being produced.
Measurements as well as Statistical Process Control and visual inspections occur at the molding floor level and are available as tools for our technicians to use to detect trends and changes in molding conditions as well as the physical attributes of the molded products. This gives us the ability to make corrections prior to “out of spec” conditions arise.
